Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Drawdown Brands LLC (“we”, “us”) collects when you use Cue, how we use it and the choices you have. We don't sell your personal data.

What we collect

• What you tell us. Your answers to our questions, your first name and your email. Your gender only decides which photos and reviews you see, and we don't use it for analytics or advertising. If you sell for a living we ask roughly what one sale earns you, and you can choose not to say.
• Your practice. Your progress, the answers you write and the lines you say out loud, and the time you pick for your reminder.
• Your payment. A payment processor takes it. We see what you bought and whether it went through, never your full card number.
• How you use Cue. The screens you see and what you pick on them (never what you type or say), the ad or link that brought you here, and basic details about your browser and device, such as its type and rough location.

How we use it

• To build your plan and run your lessons, your practice and your reminders.
• To set up your account, sign you in and take your payment.
• To email you about your plan and your account, with your sign-in codes and reminders and, if you ticked the box, practice tips and offers.
• To learn how Cue is used, make it better and measure whether our ads work.
• To keep Cue secure and meet our legal obligations.

When you practice, the answers you write and say are processed by AI to check them and give you feedback. We don't use them to train AI models.

Who we share it with

We use third-party services to run Cue: to host it and store your data, take payments, send emails and notifications, measure how it is used and check your practice answers. They get only what they need to do that work for us. We may also share information when the law requires it, or if the business is sold or merged. Your data may be processed in countries other than your own.

Cookie Policy

We use cookies and your browser's storage to save your answers as you go, keep you signed in, learn how Cue is used and measure whether our ads work. Clearing this site's data in your browser removes what is saved there.

How long we keep it

We keep your data while you have an account or we need it for the uses above, and after that only where the law requires it, as with payment records. Deleting your account removes your account, your progress and your plan.

Your Privacy Choices

You can delete your account from the app at any time, and every marketing email has an unsubscribe link. To see, correct, get a copy of or delete what we hold about you, write to help@cuesalestrainer.com. Depending on where you live, you may have more rights under your local law, including the right to complain to your data protection authority.

Children

Cue is for adults. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 18, and if we learn that we have, we delete it.

Changes and contact
