Terms of Service
Effective October 13, 2026
These terms are the agreement between you and Drawdown Brands LLC (“we”, “us”), which runs Cue. By using Cue or buying a plan, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use Cue.
What Cue is
Cue teaches sales and persuasion through short daily lessons and practice, in your browser. Some of it uses AI: to check the answers you write and say, and to play the other person in a practice conversation. AI can get things wrong, so treat its feedback as a guide.
Cue is for learning and practice. It is not a promise of results: what you get out of it depends on how often you practice, and we don't guarantee sales, income or any other outcome.
Subscription terms: plans, renewal and cancelling
Cue is a subscription. You pay for your first period when you buy, and your plan then renews automatically, for the same length of time each time, until you cancel. The first period may cost less than the ones after it. Before you pay, the checkout shows what you are charged today, what each renewal costs and when the first one is, and you tick a box to agree.
Cancel anytime from your account, in a few clicks, with no calls and no fees. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for, and you are not charged again. If we change the price of your plan, we'll tell you before your next renewal.
Refunds
Email us within 14 days of your first payment and we'll refund it in full, no questions asked.
If you were charged by mistake, or something went wrong with a payment, write to help@cuesalestrainer.com and we'll put it right.
Your account
You must be 18 or older to buy a plan. Your account is your email address, and we sign you in with a code sent to it, so give us an address you can read. Keep your sign-in to yourself: you are responsible for what happens in your account.
Using Cue
Your plan is for you alone. The lessons and everything else in Cue belong to us, and you may use them for your own learning while your plan is active. Please don't share your account, copy or resell what's in it, or try to break Cue or get around its limits. We may cap heavy use of the AI features in a day so they stay available to everyone, and we may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.
Our responsibility to you
We work to keep Cue running well, but it is provided “as is”: we can't promise it will always be available or free of mistakes. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, such as lost sales or profits, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here takes away rights the law gives you that can't be limited.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. When we do, we change the date at the top, and we tell you ahead of time if the change is a big one. If you keep using Cue after that, you accept the new terms.
